beth E jarvie

is a photo artist from Hamilton Square, New Jersey.  She is inspired by edges, contrast, and textures which surround us every day and the under-appreciated sights within our daily lives.

Her current work is created exclusively on her smartphone with little post production manipulation. She crafts the one-pf-a-kind custom frames for each herself, often using repurposed materials.

Her current #lookup series of images, are an invitation to tilt your head and appreciate the intersection of sky and architecture; nature and humanity as well as a reminder to keep your chin up in life, embrace a positive attitude, and enjoy the happiness these moments can kindle.  

As well as being an artist, Beth works at Princeton University as a writer and content creator within the School of Engineering and has a Doula practice which provides non-medical emotional and physical support to women and their partners during pregnancy, delivery, and beyond.
